The Thousand Nights Camp provided an enchanting ambiance that transported me to a world of tranquility and discovery. The decoration and design of the camp beautifully replicated the traditional Bedouin style, creating a sense of cultural immersion. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself, allowing me to comfortably explore and enjoy the stunning surroundings.
A small improvement that would enhance the vacation experience for senior people is ensuring a better provision of information by the staff. Clear communication on additional charges and services would prevent any surprises and allow guests to plan accordingly.

I had the most incredible experience staying at a desert camp in Oman. From the moment I was picked up by a friendly driver at the Bidiya Shell Petrol Station, I knew it was going to be a special stay. The camp's location, nestled at the base of 60m sand dunes, was breathtaking. The beautiful camp provided comfortable tents with private attached bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The food served, both at dinner and breakfast, was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. One of the highlights of my trip was the desert driving experience, where we followed an escort for 45 minutes through the stunning desert landscape. It was truly exhilarating. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the limited timings for meals and cooler temperatures at night, overall, I highly recommend this desert camp experience.

We had an amazing time at this secluded desert camp. the location was breathtaking, with rolling sand dunes stretching as far as the eye can see. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making our check-in process a breeze. the tents and bungalows were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of desert exploration. the food served at the dining hall was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the refreshing swimming pool and the evening chill area, perfect for stargazing.
The internet connection was limited due to the remote location of the camp.

The location was stunning, surrounded by pristine desert nature. The hotel itself was top-notch, with clean and comfortable accommodations. I especially loved the deluxe sheikh tent with all its amenities. The buffet, although it could have had more options, was still good. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. The dune bashing experience was excellent and not to be missed. I highly recommend this desert camp for a unique and memorable experience.

I had a fantastic time at Authentique desert night. The location was absolutely beautiful, and spending the night in the desert was a unique and memorable experience. The Sheik room I stayed in was quaint and added to the overall charm. The buffet dinner and breakfast were surprisingly good considering we were deep in the desert. Additionally, riding camels after breakfast was a fun activity. I highly recommend this desert camp for a one-of-a-kind stay.

Arab-style seating area: Nestled in the sand houses, the seating area transported me to a Bedouin paradise. It was like sitting on a magic carpet, with cushions surrounding me like a warm desert embrace.

The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by sand dunes for a true desert experience. The camp facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the food served for both dinner and breakfast was delicious. The sunset from the top of the dunes was breathtaking, and perfect for stargazing at night.
It was a bit inconvenient that they only accepted cash for payment. It would have been helpful to have alternative payment options available.
